The Units
Each unit at 405 S. Lumina has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, with porches on both the Sound and Ocean sides. The downstairs unit has stair access to the beach, and there is a washer and dryer in the ground-floor room.
- Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 full beds
- Bedroom 4: 2 full beds
Rates (per unit, per week)
- $2,600/week — April 1 to October 31
- $1,900/week — November 1 to March 31
