Members have two ways to submit a membership proposal: a fillable PDF form, or a digital proposal via SignNow. The digital process keeps your proposal in one easy-to-use form without sending endorsement pages separately by hand or email.
Please do not begin a digital form unless you are ready to initiate a proposal and have the proper email address data needed. If you have any questions about the proposal process, or need to double-check which form to use, please contact the office before starting.
Proposal Forms
- Sailing Member — for individuals proposed for Sailing Membership yearly (not an Invitation to Sail).
- Seasonal Member — for individuals proposed for Seasonal Membership yearly.
- Child of Member (Traditional Legacy) — Full Membership for children and stepchildren of members under age 26 who were under 22 when their parent became a member.
- Older Child of Member (Non-Traditional Legacy) — Full Membership for children now over 26, or who were over 21 when their parent joined.
- Divorced Spouse Member — Full Membership for a non-member spouse divorced from a member.
- Non-Legacy Full Member — Full Membership in the Carolina Yacht Club.
