Rental Information
- We do not provide linens (sheets, blankets, towels). We do provide mattress protectors, pillows, and pillow protectors.
- No pets are allowed on any club property. No house parties.
- A non-refundable $400 fee (applied to the final rental fee) and a signed, dated rental agreement are required to confirm a booking. If not received within the noted time frame, the requested dates reopen to the membership.
- Payment in full is due on or before check-in. Payments by check, cash, or the online payment portal. Returned checks incur a $30 handling fee.
- Cancellations: if you cancel 60 days prior to your rental date, you owe the full rental amount unless another member rents your week.
- A CYC member is responsible for the rental and must be staying at the house during rented weeks.
- Door locks are automatic keypads — provide the manager a customized 4-digit code before check-in.
- Check-in 4:00pm, check-out 11:00am. Late check-out is charged a half-day’s rent.
- Per Town of Wrightsville Beach noise ordinance, no loud noise between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Grills are prohibited on decks, porches, or within 15 feet of any wooden structure.
- When notified of an impending storm, all tenants must vacate the property.
- The club reserves the right to block off dates for sailing events, determined by mid-January and announced via email.
